Whether you’re a parent sending a little love from home, or a student treating yourself to something fun and useful each month, UNIBOXED is the perfect way to stay connected and make uni life a little brighter.
SIGN UP, DELIVERY DATES AND BILLING
When you sign up to UNIBOXED, your subscription will begin the following month. To receive your first delivery in September for the start of the Uni calendar, then simply sign up in August. You can sign up right up until the end of a month for delivery the following month.
Your first months payment will be taken at checkout and thereafter you will be billed on the 15th of each month going forward.
Boxes will be sent out on the 7th of each month, except the September box which will be sent out on the date you request during checkout.
ALWAYS HAPPY TO HELP
We know student life doesn’t always follow a standard schedule, especially with term dates, holidays, and moving between home and uni. That’s why we’ve made UNIBOXED flexible:
- Need an earlier or later delivery? You can request your box to be sent out sooner or later in a given month.
- Heading home for the holidays? You can update your delivery address just for that month, so your box goes to the right place and doesn’t get lost in halls.
You can manage all of this easily from your account dashboard at any time. Just pop us a message to make sure we have the correct information.
The last thing you need is extra stress, so let us handle the logistics for you!
